Maintain security of your login credentials
Use Orbi lawfully and respectfully
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. User Content
You may submit or upload content (e.g. profile data, event suggestions). By doing so:
You grant Orbi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display that content to deliver the service
You affirm your content is lawful and doesn’t infringe third-party rights
Orbi may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law
4. Privacy & Data Usage
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, and design belong to Orbi or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or republish without written permission.
6. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may update the Terms or modify the service. You’ll be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law
Any disputes shall be resolved in Gothenburg District Court, unless otherwise required by law
We encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues informally
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Orbi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., downtime, data loss)
Consumer rights under Swedish/EU law are not waived
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
